Lend a hand, be a volunteer!

Helping the Underprivileged Elderly

Our primary service focus in case management of seniors who are underprivileged,  isolated and may be facing medical and mobility concerns. A visit from a volunteer means the world to them. CAN (Caring Assistance from Neighbours) Carers conduct regular home visitations to provide a listening to ear to them and monitor their condition.
Primary Work for CAN Carers
Conduct regular home visitations and monitor the senior’s overall well-being.
Frequency: From weekly to monthly. Minimum of 30 mins each visit (can be done on weekends).
Ad-hoc volunteers needed.
If you are willing and open for us to approach you on the following assistance when needed.
  1. Willing and available on weekdays for Medical accompaniment.
  2. Home cleaning/decluttering work.
  3. Handyman’s work such as fixing lightings, water tap, etc.
Location: Hougang / Serangoon or Choa Chu Kang / Bukit Panjang
– 18 and above
– Passionate to serve underprivileged and isolated seniors.
– Abide to our Fei Yue and Cluster Support policy.
– Able to perform independently with minimal supervision.
– Responsive in communication with Volunteer Executive and Social Worker.
– Submit monthly work record sheet on time.
