Social Worker (Adoption Services)
Responsibilities: - To handle adoption casework & counselling - Conduct home study assessment with individuals as well as couples who plan to adopt a child locally or from overseas - Prepare home study reports - Conduct workshops Work Location: Yew Tee Requirements: - Min. Social Worker (School-based and Outreach Programmes)
Responsibilities: - Counselling clients and managing guidance programme cases - Develop and implement intervention programmes in both school-based and community settings.

Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage project or system upgrade
- System maintenance
- System analysis / user-requirement study, application design, development, user-training, test case design, systems testing, system/projects implementation
- Assist other project-related activities such as working with vendor on proposal and costing and support issues.

Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, able to liaise between end-user and vendor
- Able to converse well in English and Chinese languages
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in supervisory role and working with end-users and vendors.
- Strong analytical and technical competencies, eye for detail, good interpersonal skills and service-oriented.

You will report to the IT head and work with the IT team, users, vendors to support the strategic directions and businesses of Fei Yue by designing, developing, maintaining, enhancing and supporting the assigned application systems.

Teachers (Early Intervention Programme for Infants and Children, EIPIC)

Responsibilities:
- Plan and teach daily programmes, learning experiences and routines for the children 
  based on the centre’s early childhood curriculum
- Observe children to identify their abilities, strengths and interests, assess and record
  the individual learning and development of each child
- Provide educational opportunities for parents and caregivers through workshops
Work Location: Jurong East
 
Requirements:
- Specialist Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Diploma in Pre-school Education OR 
  Certificate in Special Education.
- Preferably with 1 to 3 years of working experience in Special Education, Pre-School or
  Child Care settings OR with essential experience in practical counseling skills

Educational Psychologist (Early Intervention Programme for Infants and Children - EIPIC)

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for meeting overall psychological, learning & behavioural needs of children
- Administer a range of psycho-educational tests
- Evaluate & determine suitability of children for mainstream education
- Work closely with professionals in the team to identify & address behaviour problems in children
- Initiate & implement centre/home-based programmes
Work Location: Jurong East

Requirements:
- MUST possess Master's Degree in Educational Psychology
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Preferably experienced in working with caregivers of disabled children in a social service environment
- Singaporean/PR Only


Social Worker

Responsibilities:
- Counselling clients and managing violence, family and marital cases
- Conduct public education programmes such as talk, workshop, training etc.
- Running of preventive, development and remedial programmes

Requirements:
- MUST possess minimum Degree in Social Work or Counselling

- Preferably with specialist skills training in family violence, family and marital therapy

Social Work Associate

Responsibilities:

Occupational Therapist (Early Intervention Programme for Infants and Children, EIPIC)

Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy for motor and sensory needs of children with autism & developmental delay
- Assess motor functions of children by evaluating gross & fine motor skills including their sensory needs and pre-writing skills.
- Recommend & provide appropriate therapy and assistance to optimize the child’s motor & adaptive skills. To determine modifications & adaptations to instruction if required.
- Plan relevant instructional activities for implementation in the classroom & assist children in improving their performance in a variety of learning environments
- Provide weekly therapy to children in various settings: classroom, one-to-one or small groups
- Provide feedback to teachers, other therapists & parents regarding children’s progress
- Maintain reports & documentation on children’s progress & skills
- Conduct in-service talks on matters relating to occupational therapy to teachers & parents
Work Location: Jurong East

Requirements:
- MUST possess minimum Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy from an institution recognized by the Occupational Therapy Association, Singapore
- Eligible for registration & practice in the country where diploma/ degree was obtained
- Knowledge of developmental milestones, development of motor skills, sensory modulation & integration

Requirements:
