A. Social Workers

1
. Social Worker (Family Counselling & Services)

Requirements:
- MUST possess minimum Degree in Social Work or Counselling
- 1 to 5 years experience in social work/counselling
- Preferably with specialist skills training in family violence, family and marital therapy
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate with English & Chinese speaking clients
- Singaporean/SPR only

Responsibilities:
- Provide counselling, programme and case management services
- Conduct talk, workshop and training etc

Work Location: Bukit Batok/ Choa Chu Kang/ Yew Tee

2. Social Worker/ Senior Social Worker (Youth Outreach)

Responsibilities:
- Provide counselling, programme and case management services for street outreach youths
- Conduct talk, workshop, training and organise street activities etc
Requirements:
- MUST possess minimum Degree in Social Work
- 1 to 5 years experience in social work/counselling/programme development
- Able to work night shift (6pm - 2am) at least 2 days a week

- Able to relate well with youths, parents and community partners
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Singaporean/SPR only
Work Location: North-West district

3. Social Worker / Social Work Associate (Early Intervention Programme for Infants and Children, EIPIC)

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate enrolment of new students into EIPIC
- Conduct annual means-test review of programme fees
- Facilitate referral of students out of EIPIC/school transition
- Provide counselling, programme, & case management services

Requirements:
- For Social Worker : MUST possess minimum Degree in Social Work
- For Social Work Associate : MUST possess minimum Diploma in Counselling 
  or Community Services.
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in social services

- Preferably with an interest or with training in special needs
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate with English & Chinese speaking clients
- Singaporean/SPR only

4. Social Work Associate  (Family Counselling & Services)

Responsibilities:
- Handle financial assistance cases
- Coordinate & implement preventive, development and remedial programmes
- Conduct talks & workshops
 
Requirements:
- Diploma in Counselling or Community Services
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate with English & Chinese speaking clients
- Singaporean/SPR only

5. Counsellor / Social Worker / Senior Social Worker (At-risk Youths) 

Responsibilities:
- Provide counselling, programme and case management services 
  for youths who committed crimes
- Conduct talk, workshop, training and organise centre activities etc

Requirements:
- MUST possess minimum Degree in Social Work, Counselling or Psychology
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Able to relate well with youths, parents and community partners
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Singaporean/SPR only

6. Counsellor (Prison Care Services) 

 Responsibilities:
- Provide counselling, programme and case management services
- Conduct talk, workshop and training etc

Requirements:
- MUST possess minimum Degree in Counselling or Psychology
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in social services/counselling
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate with English & Chinese speaking clients
- Singaporean/SPR only

Work Location: Simei  

7. Senior Social Worker/Senior Caseworker

Requirements:
- MUST possess minimum Degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology or related fields
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in social work/counselling
- Preferably with specialist skills training in family violence, child abuse, family work, trauma
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- able to communicate with English and another mother tongue
- Singaporean/SPR only
 
Responsibilities:
- provide case management and clinical services to children and families
  with child protection concerns
- Conduct talks, group work, workshops and training.

B. Teachers

1. Teachers (Early Intervention Programme for Infants and Children, EIPIC)

Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and teaching daily programmes, learning experiences and routines
  for the children based on the centre’s early childhood curriculum
- Assist teachers to observe children to identify their abilities, strengths and interests,
  assess and record the individual learning and development of each child
- Assist teachers to provide educational opportunities for parents and caregivers
  through workshops
 
Requirement:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with 3 credits including English Language.
- Strong interest & commitment in working with children with special needs 
  (eg autism & related disorders)
- Singaporeans & SPR only
 
Work Location: Jurong East 
 

 2. Teacher Aides (Early Intervention Programme for Infants and Children, EIPIC) 

Responsibilities:

3. Part-time Student Care Teacher / Teacher Aide

Responsibilities:
- Supervise primary school students in their studies
- Conduct activities/programmes for SCC students
 
Requirements:
- Min. O levels
- At least 1-3 years of working experience
- Able to communicate in English & Mandarin to supervise Primary School pupils
  in their studies including Chinese subject.
- Singaporean/SPR only

Work Location : Sembawang

C. Administrative

1. Admin Assistant / Officer

Responsibilities:
- General Office administration
- Admin support work
- Data entry
- Generate Reports
- Handle in-coming calls and attend to walk-in clients
 
Requirements:
- Min.GCE 'O' level
- Excellent communication, organizational skills and computer skills
- Able to communicate with English & Chinese speaking clients
- Preferably with 1 year relevant experience
- Singaporeans & SPR only

2. Accounts Officer / Senior Accounts Officer 

Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts payable & accounts receivable
- Manage general admin duties

Requirements:
- Diploma holder preferably with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Possess good communication,written & interpersonal skills
- Effectively bilingual (to handle English & Chinese documents)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Singaporean/SPR ONLY

3. Admin Executive (Family Counselling Services)
 
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage database and statistical reports
- Liaison work with government agencies or Voluntary Welfare Organizations
- Provide logistical and administrative support to caseworkers
- Administration & coordination of programmes
- Conceptualize & improve the visibility of programmes & promote them appropriately
 
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- Possess good communication, written & interpersonal skills
- Able to develop English & Mandarin promotional materials
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access & Photoshop
- Singaporean/SPR only
 
Work Location: Choa Chu Kang

4. Admin Executive (Corp Com & Relations)

Responsibilities
- Conceptualize & develop corporate publications to improve the visibility of
  organization & promote it appropriately
- Develop & manage contents on Corporate Website/FB
- Coordinate visitations to the organization
- Handle the administration and coordination of Volunteer Development Programme
- Handle the general administration of Corp Com & Relations

 
Requirements
- Min. Degree in Mass Communications/Business Administration preferably
  with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- Meticulous and conscientious
- Good command of English
- Able to handle English and Chinese documents
- Singaporean/SPR ONLY

D. Programme Officers

1. Programme Officer / Assistant  (Eldercare Services)

Responsibilities:
- Plan & Coordinate Programmes for Eldercare Division
- Conduct activities/ workshops for Seniors Activity Centre

Requirements:
- Diploma / ‘O’ Levels
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to conduct talks & workshops in English & Mandarin
- Preferably proficient in various dialects to interact with the elderly
- Singaporean/ SPR only

E. Web Executive

1. Web Executive  (eGen.sg/eC2.sg)

Requirements
- MUST possess minimum Diploma qualification
- Singaporean/SPR only
- Basic HTML, CSS, PHP, SQL knowledge
- Know how to operate web design software (e.g. Dreamweaver and flash)
  with intermediate skills in graphics software like Photoshop, illustrators and fireworks.
- Linux knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Intermediate skills in graphic designs.
- Good knowledge of internet trends
- Speak and write well in English
- Passionate about spreading the message of Cyberwellness to youths both online and offline.
- Disciplined and can meet tight deadlines in rolling out interactive online content
  for websites that are interesting to youths.
- Both a team player and an independent worker who take initiatives to seek out ideas
  and resources to constantly improve and develop eGen.sg/eC2.sg.
- Submit a portfolio of 3 graphics that best demonstrate your ability in graphics software (hard/
  soft copy or online references) and a portfolio of a website (online references) you've created
  along with your resume and the prescribed application form.

F. Therapist

1. Occupational Therapist (Early Intervention Programme for Infants and Children, EIPIC)

Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy for young children (0 to 6 years) with special needs
- Assess occupational performance needs of young children with special needs
- Deliver therapy services either by direct therapy, consultation with teachers and
  parents, collaboration with teachers and parents, or by monitoring of child's progress.
- Work closely with intervention team in areas of assessment, goal development,
  intervention strategies and progress monitoring in a trans-disciplinary setting.
- Maintain documentation on clients' progress.
- Conduct in-service and parent workshop talks. 

Requirements:
- MUST possess Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy from
  an institution recognized by the Ministry of Health under the Allied Health Professions Act.
- Eligible for registration and practice in categories of  Full, Restricted,
  or Conditional registration.
- Preferably with 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience
- Singaporean/SPR only
