Fei Yue Community Services has its humble beginnings in 1991 with the founding of Fei Yue Family Service Centre by the Chinese Christian Mission, a para-church organization.  The existence of the centre is reflected in its mission statement, which is to effect life transformation through the provision of quality services. 

In 1994, Fei Yue Family Service Centre became an independent society. Fei Yue Counselling Centre was then established in 1996 as a separate entity to meet the increased demand for social services.  To date, Fei Yue has 10 Centres serving the needs of the community. The Counselling Centre was renamed as Fei Yue Community Services in August 2002 and became the umbrella body to manage the 9 centres.
